Super Orti Vite is a multi-vitamin supplement that provides plant based enzymes from pineapple and papaya, including bromelain and papain.1 Supplementation with these digestive enzymes can aid in the breakdown of fats, carbohydrates and proteins.1 Bromelain is effective at a wide pH range, and remains active in both the stomach and small intestine.1 It has an especially strong ability to break down protein, and functions effectively during deficiencies in pepsin and/or trypsin.1 Vitamin D promotes calcium and phosphorus absorption in the intestine and regulates their levels in the blood and kidney for normal bone mineralization.2 Calcium intake, when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet, and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.
